Shipping policy
As every product is handmade on-demand and we do not carry inventory, we average 3 business day production and offer the following shipping methods:
- Up to 15 business days international.
Please note, shipping times are estimated and also are contingent upon destination. Once a shipment has left our manufacturing centers, our carriers assume responsibility of the shipment and therefore we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, only estimate them.
If it has been more than 21 business day's please reach out to us at pureinheart.co and we can follow up with our carriers on where your products may be.
Where applicable and available, we will update the customers with respective tracking numbers and carrier info via email and/or SMS.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages and could arrive on different dates, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
